Layers of plumped dried cranberries, orange slices, and gingery candied walnuts start off the meal. All of the components can be made ahead of time; put them together right before serving. Light, cakey pumpkin muffins sprinkled with sunflower seeds are a guaranteed hit.
The egg dish (doubled to serve eight) can easily be assembled the night before; but even if you're a last-minute type, it's easy enough to pull this brunch together in one morning: just get the muffins in first, then assemble the eggs while they bake.
