Nashville native Arnold Myint grew up in his family restaurant that served the community for over 40 years. He is a classically trained chef and instructor with a focus on regionally sustainable Thai cuisine. His restaurant, International Market, honors the timestamp of his families cultural influences of yesteryear along with Arnold’s modern sensibilities; sourcing and supporting local farms and vendors.
