Khristian de la Torre calls himself a dishwasher who knows how to cook, make drinks, and run a bar. He’s the owner of two Café Tacobars in México City and is aiming to open a third right at the beach.He has worked in restaurants and bars in Toronto and in México, at Merotoro restaurant, Gin Gin Bar, Artemisia bar, Jules speakeasy, M N Roy, Leonor, and Café Tacobar.
