Lillian began her culinary journey by attending theBallymaloe Cookery School’s 12-week culinary arts training course in 2019. She has a Master’s degree in Food Studies from NYU, with a focus on sustainable food systems, where she developed an interdisciplinary approach to understanding and navigating the challenges within the US food system. She has worked at a food-tech startup and in restaurants across the world, includingHoney & Coin London andBarbutoin New York City, where she is currently working as the Assistant Pastry Chef. Lillian’s goal is to help home cooks understand where their food comes from so they can shop better, cook better, and eat better.
