Maks Pazuniak

Maks Pazuniak co-owns the Brooklyn cocktail bar Jupiter Disco along withAl Sotack. He was one of the bartenders to launch Cure, in New Orleans, and later worked at The Counting Room and Maison Premiere, both in New York, before opening Jupiter Disco in late 2016. Pazuniak is a co-author of theRogue/Beta Cocktailsbook series along with Kirk Estopinal.
