Pastry chef Seleste Tan and chef Mogan Anthony run Lady Wong in New York's East Village. Both chefs are from Malaysia but lived in Singapore for a decade before moving to New York. They've cooked in 5-star hotels, resorts, and Michelin star restaurants in Singapore, Malaysia, and New York, and launched Lady Wong during the pandemic.
