Back to TopIt's a bit oily, but the proportions seem right. Tasty basic vinaigrette, easy to make, and no added sugar.

A bit too oily for my liking, I added more mustard, lemon juice, and vinegar to taste.

I ended up adding probably 2 more tablespoons of vinegar and 2 more tablespoons of mustard, as well as microplaning in an additional garlic clove. Good base recipe though.

This is my go to recipe for salad dressings. It has a light and refreshing taste that is always a hit. Takes just a few minutes to make and keeps well for a few days. Classic!

Nice, easy vinaigrette. We mixed it up and used champagne mustard and champagne vinegar for a nice alternative.
