2010: Jonathan Benno
Bennois at the helm of Lincoln, the most highly anticipated opening of the fall restaurant season, in New York's Lincoln Center. All we know so far is that it will have "a high-end contemporary Italian menu" and that the project comes with a $20 million price tag. Given Benno's track record as the former chef de cuisine under Thomas Keller at Per Se, the smart money is on this one being a hit.
