Canal Housecookbooks without the help of a major publishing house. Each volume features seasonal recipes and gorgeous photography that make the books as good for the coffee table as for the kitchen. Exerting complete control over their own creative, production, and distribution process, Hirsheimer and Hamilton can stay true to themselves—and their readers.
