Ingredients
Makes 2 servings
Mince garlic and mash to a paste with salt. In a small bowl stir together garlic paste, salt, rosemary, goat cheese, olive oil, and pepper. Toast bread and cut each slice into 4 pieces. Spread herbed goat cheese on toasts.

Very delicious and easy to whip up in a hurry. It was a hit with everyone, and even some of my less "cheese-cultured" family members enjoyed.The fresh rosemary and garlic are just the trick!
