Prior to running a bakery out of her living room, Autumn worked her way through the line in kitchens run by Giada De Laurentiis, Mario Carbone, and David Chang. During the pandemic, Autumn’s focus shifted from just savory to include baking and pastry as well. This eventually led to the development of the delivery only concept;Back Alley Bread. Since then, she was named 2020rising star bakerby Star Chefs magazine. Her concept was named as one of thebest new bakeriesby food guide The Infatuation NYC, who also listed her infamous donuts as one of their favorite dishes of 2020. Currently you can find Autumn in her Brooklyn apartment trying to “Tetris” multiple vats of fermenting dough into a standard home refrigerator.
