If you've got a sweet tooth, you're in luck when it comes to snacking—there's no shortage ofsweet granola barson the market.

But if you're like me—that is, a person who has little to no interest in sweets (mon dieu!)—you've probably written granola bars off as too sugary, to chocolatey—basically too much likecookies.

No more. Some of the top granola bar brands are now making savory granola bars for people like me. Here are my five favorites (and one that IthinkI'd love, if I could only find it).

KIND Sweet & Spicy Bars

Yep, ubiquitous snack company KIND makes savory(ish) bars, in flavors like Thai Sweet Chili, Chipotle Honey Mustard, Sweet Cayenne BBQ, and, my personal favorite, Roasted Jalapeño. Despite the savory spices in these nut-based bars, they're still rather sweet, with about 6 grams of sugar per bar thanks to glucose syrup and honey. Even so, these are widely available and they break the mold of fruity, chocolatey snack bars.

Sheffa Savory Bars

These have the texture of thosenotoriously crumbly Nature Valley granola bars, but in addictively salty/herby/savory flavors. The Everything bar tastes like a crumbly cracker doused in Trader Joe'sEverything But the Bagel Seasoning(which—full disclouse—I've poured directly into my mouth on many occasions). Trust me, the garlic breath is worth it.

Kashi Savory Bars

Kashi's bars, which come in Basil, White Bean & Olive Oil and Quinoa, Corn & Roasted Pepper flavors, are similar to the Sheffa bars: two thin bars per package, super crumbly, and with great, complex flavors. Also, these are really good crumbled into a salad for a sort of crouton-adjacent experience.

Epic Bars

Okay, these aren't technically granola bars—they're really closer to jerky than anything else. But they're bar-shaped! And though the idea of meat on-the-go may be odd to some folks, I personally found these dried lamb, chicken, turkey, and beef bars weirdly great. Plus: protein!

The YES Bars

As long as we're thinking outside the box, here's another option these isn't technically a granolabar—they're circular, not rectangular. But they're packed with nuts, sesame seeds, furikakewith Japanese nori, and tahini, and they're terrific. Also, that packaging.

Sola Bars

虽然我不能设法让我的爪子上es, Sola Bars have generally favorable reviews on Amazon for their flavors, which include Chipotle,Jalapeño, and Roasted Garlic & Sea Salt. Allow me to share the cutest Amazon comment of all time, left for the Chipotle flavored Sola Bar: "They have a happy little kick to them and lots of crunch to satisfy your munchies!"
