Massive sales are hitting retailers big and small, and hopefully the kitchen tools and appliances we’ve been eyeing for months will finally be on sale. Below we’re providing you with the Epi staff wish list in case you need some inspo for holiday gifts—or need guidance on shopping Black Friday deals for yourself.

Le Creuset
I live in a small apartment with limited storage space, so I like to keep it lean when it comes to cookware and kitchen gadgets—I stick mostly to the basics so I don’t overwhelm the space. But if working for a food publication has convinced me of anything, it’s that I need a Dutch oven. More specifically, I need aLe Creuset Dutch oven. Practical uses like making soups and frying chicken aside, I’ve been enamored with thelookof enameled cast iron, and on more than one occasion I have fantasized about how pretty this piece of cookware would be on my stovetop. Vitamix Stainless Steel Container and immersion blender

Ice machine
I have a pair of friends who live together and have been coveting a countertop ice machine for several months, to the point that the subject of pellet ice comes up every time I see them. I suppose, by nature of being an appliance reviewer, they think I enjoy discussing the superiority of small ice nuggets over other types of ice shapes. I do, but only once and for like five minutes max. Thankfully, the GE Profile Opal 2.0 nugget ice maker is currently on sale on Amazon for 16% off (and nearly $100 off at Crate and Barrel), so they—and more importantly I—can finally be set free.—Wilder Davies, commerce writer
Pour-over coffee maker
I broke my Chemex over a year ago. I have an espresso machine, so I just make coffee with that every morning. But sometimes an espresso, cappuccino, or Americano just isn't what I want. I crave a pour-over coffee. I'm torn: The Hario is on sale, and it would be great for making a single cup of coffee for myself on weekday mornings. But the all-glass Chemex is also marked down a little bit. It's so pretty, and it allows me to make coffee for more than one person when I have house guests.
