Liquid Rosé Is Our Newest Summer Obsession

The best way to experience rosé this summer is, unsurprisingly, the easiest.

Once again, rosé ishugethis summer—you know, it's that flavor in your newest, most favorite foods, likerosé donuts,rosé chocolate,rosé oysters, androsé ice cream. It seems like every day, our feeds are exploding with a new, creative way to infuse that delicate, strawberry-ish flavor into every possible foodstuff we could possibly ingest. Were there any new rosé frontiers left to explore?

But after toying with lots of ideas (rosé popcorn, rosé charcuterie, tiramisu), we've finally figured out the best way to maintain the steady stream of rosé that should be coursing through your bloodstream all summer. It's an idea so brilliant, so defiantly unorthodox but strangely intuitive that when I proposed it to my fellow Epicurious staffers, the reaction was nothing but shocked laughter.

But hear me out on this: Liquid rosé. Yes, you can actually use rosé for much more than just your favoriteraspberry-rosé cupcakes. You can actually pour rosé into a glass and drink it, through your mouth hole, like you would any other beverage. We are literally freaking obsessed!

That's right, a glass of this Instagram gold is going to looksopretty on your feed, right next to that photo you posted of thatrosé deodorantyou ordered online. And unlike your favorite roségummy bearsandice pops, liquid rosé only requires one ingredient, and you can find it at any local wine store.

We admit, the idea is a little out-of-the-box, seeing as the recipe doesn't requiremultiple steps整个厨房的盘子,但我们completely awestruck by how terrific it is.
