If you’re ready to finally live out your barista dreams in the comfort of your own home—and finally ditch that hand-held milk frother for an espresso machine with a built-in steam wand—consider one of the machines below.
Delonghi’s high-end semi-automatic espresso machine has a big Cyber Monday discount, too. With a built-in burr grinder, it’s a one-stop shop for espresso shots and lattes. Cyber Monday automatic espresso maker deals
After some recentretestingof fully automatic espresso machines, we were pleased to see they’ve come a long way since first tried them. These machines are the easiest path to a morning cappuccino—just a button push away. If you’re still using the Mr. Coffee drip machine you bought for your first apartment, it’s time for an upgrade. And we recommend treating yourself to our newly-crowned favorite drip coffee maker from Café. This aesthetically-pleasing machine lets you brew coffee to the Golden Cup Standard set by the Specialty Coffee Association, meaning there will be the right balance of coffee and hot water heated to precisely the right temperature. Cyber Monday deals on single-serve coffee machines
We haven’t recommended many pod coffee makers at Epi, first because we didn’t care much for the coffee, but second because there’s just so much plastic waste from Keurig K-cup pods and the like. But both of those things are starting to change, and if you or a potential giftee are pod people, this is actually an excellent time for an upgrade from a Keurig coffee maker. We’re pleased to report that you have two good pod coffee maker options these days, and even better, they’re both on sale right now. The techy, new-to-market Bruvi makes a good cup of coffee, and it can also turn out espresso shots, Americanos, and iced coffee (though because the company is so new to the market, there aren’t too many choices yet) and the pods mostly break down in a landfill leaving no microplastics behind. It also has a 70-ounce water reservoir and an easy-to-use touchscreen control panel with a handful of buttons for presets. And of course, there’s the Nespresso, which makes both coffee and espresso shots with a nice little froth on top. A cold brew maker should be a simple machine, which usually means it's also an inexpensive one.
