The No-Fail, Weeknight Sheet Pan Paella

Delicious paella, no special pan required.

Specialty equipment. Long ingredient list. A finicky cooking technique.

Those are normally deal breakers for me. But not when it comes to paella. In this case, all that work and careful attention to detail delivers a dish that's so flavorful and textually layered that I almost don't mind that it's a complete pain to make.
