Ingredients

8 ounces cremini stemmed and diced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
8 ounces fresh goat cheese
3 tablespoons chopped chives
2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
36 toast points
  1. Mix mushrooms with juice and oil; season with salt and pepper; let sit until wilted, 20 minutes. Mix with cheese, chives and thyme. Serve on toast points.
