  • Really nice cocktail for Halloween. Not as clear as shown in the photo due to the fresh lemon juice, but still delicious. The chartreuse and pear are very delicate and earthy together, and the gin and lemon make it fresh and bright. The active charcoal worked very well giving it an overall sinister appearance. I will definitely be making this again. Would not recommend the burnt sage element however. The smokiness it added to the drink wasn't worth the way it briefly made my apartment smell.
