你最喜欢的杂货店现在携带一个Award-Winning Rosé for Under $10

Yup, you read that correctly. There's a sommelier-approved rosé at Aldi, and it only costs $8.

Remember whenwe told youthere was a $10 bottle of rosé that even super-snobby sommeliers were getting behind?

刷新一下你的记忆:在一系列劳保局nd taste tests from wine experts at the 2017 International Wine Challenge, the Exquisite Collection Côtes de Provence Rosé 2016 was called the best rosé under £8 (about $10). This bottle is made specially for Aldi U.K. by winemaker Julian Faulkner. And not only did it win the top ranking in its category of inexpensive bottles, but it got a silver medal overall at the competition. Experts at the wine festival described the French rosé as having a flavor of "ripe summer stone fruits with generous acid palate and crisp bright finish."

This cheap, award-winning bottle of rosé seemed a little too good to be true—and at first, it kind of was. Aldi only brought the bottle to their Chicago store in the U.S., where itimmediately sold out. Most of us weren't in the right place at the right time to experience the miracle of this delicious and affordable pink wine.

Now, there's great news for those of you who (like us here at Epi) want a good, tasty bottle of wine that can befound at the supermarket.Aldi will sell the Exquisite Collection Côtes de Provence Rosé 2016 at stores around the U.S. The rosé will be available for less than $8 a bottle, starting Wednesday, September 20.

WE CAN'T WAIT.

If you'd line up for a big-screen TV on Black Friday, why not line up for a bottle of wine? (Just, please, no elbowing and shoving. Be nice to your fellow Aldi shoppers. Rosé should bring peace, not war.) Go forth my children, conquer the world of affordable rosé before the weather turns too cold and the wine, like the leaves, turns red.

(If you don't have an Aldi in your area, don't worry. Here are somegreat wines you can find at Walmart.)
