Back to TopFull disclosure - I do not like cauliflower. So when presented with some to cook, I looked for something easy. I was surprised with how much I liked this. Maybe because it didn’t taste too much like cauliflower! I thought the flavor and texture were great and it is so easy to make.

This was so simple and quick to make which is a big plus AND we really liked it. Only thing I would change is to make sure that all the spices are blended well or you might get a bite full of cayenne pepper! I will definitely make again.

Too much cinamom for my taste, I would tweak the recipe next time to get proper balance of flavours. Otherwise good caramelization, good colour and texture.

I've made this recipe several times over the past few years and enjoyed it each time. My husband is not a cauliflower fan but eats it up. It is easy to prepare and a great side dish in the winter.

I enjoy unusual spice combinations and cauliflower is one of my top five favorite veg, so I really thought I'd love this recipe - but I felt like the delicate flavor of the cauliflower was more overwhelmed than complemented.

Interesting flavors. It was a little too spicy for the hubby, so I would need to tone it down. I love the concept, but not crazy about the combination of spices used. May try this with less cayenne and garam masala instead of cinnamon.
