  • Full disclosure - I do not like cauliflower. So when presented with some to cook, I looked for something easy. I was surprised with how much I liked this. Maybe because it didn’t taste too much like cauliflower! I thought the flavor and texture were great and it is so easy to make.

  • This was so simple and quick to make which is a big plus AND we really liked it. Only thing I would change is to make sure that all the spices are blended well or you might get a bite full of cayenne pepper! I will definitely make again.

  • Too much cinamom for my taste, I would tweak the recipe next time to get proper balance of flavours. Otherwise good caramelization, good colour and texture.

  • I've made this recipe several times over the past few years and enjoyed it each time. My husband is not a cauliflower fan but eats it up. It is easy to prepare and a great side dish in the winter.

  • I enjoy unusual spice combinations and cauliflower is one of my top five favorite veg, so I really thought I'd love this recipe - but I felt like the delicate flavor of the cauliflower was more overwhelmed than complemented.

  • Interesting flavors. It was a little too spicy for the hubby, so I would need to tone it down. I love the concept, but not crazy about the combination of spices used. May try this with less cayenne and garam masala instead of cinnamon.
