Fireman's Sour

Ingredients

Serves 1.

1 1/2 ounces light rum
1/2 teaspoom superfine sugar
3 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 ounce grenadine
3 or 4 ice cubes
Club soda (optional)
  1. Combine all ingredients except the club soda in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a Delmonico (also known as a Whiskey Sour) glass. Fill up with club soda.
