Back to TopNeeds work. Too much acid-would use either lemon or vinegar next time-not both. Did not have shallots so use crushed garlic (1 clove). Added more honey and salt and pepper.

This dressing is easy and yummy, it reminds me of the salad dressing they serve in France. It keeps well in the refrigerator for up to one week.
