Ingredients

Makes 4 1/2 cups

3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons baking powder
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon kosher salt

  1. Whisk all ingredients in a large bowl to combine. DO AHEAD:Can be made 6 months ahead. Store airtight at room temperature.

  • Being that this is a new recipe it is a bit hard to give a positive comment I gather this would be similar to BISQUIK which we DO NOT easily get in Australia I gather I may not be the only one who does not get that Biscuit Mix in their country It would be good to give some examples on what/how to use this for Many thanks Krystyna Cooks
