  • This is a terrible recipe. I had a 16oz glass so I doubled it and it was more than stiff...so I altered it. Here are my corrections: I was using half & half instead of heavy cream. I added 5oz of skim milk to the 2oz (for a 16oz glass) of half & half, although for this drink I recommend 2% or whole. You could even skip the cream with those. I also added 2 more ounces of the creme de cacao (Kahlua for brand but the off brands taste the same). It was still a tad stiff after that so I added another ounce of half & half. After that it was much better! Summary for a single serving (usually a 10oz glass): 2oz creme de cacao, 1oz vodka, 4oz 2% or whole milk, A few cubes of ice.
