Ingredients

Makes 1

1 ounce Aperol
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
Hefeweizen style Belgian beer
Lemon twist
  1. Combine 1 ounce Aperol and 1 ounce fresh lemon juice in a pint glass filled with ice. Top off with Hefeweizenstyle Belgian beer (such as Hoegaarden). Garnish with a lemon twist.
