Ingredients

1 cup greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1 small apple, cored and chopped
1/2 cup mixed berries
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons flax seeds, ground or whole
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.

  • Recipe sounds great but why not add sugar in nutritional facts as well? It's not difficult to find this info but since you have everything else listed why not sugar, an extremely important ingredient for health conscious people.
