Try this delicious variation on the traditional vanilla-and-espresso dessert.

Ingredients

Serves 4

1/4 cup Campari
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1 pint lemon sorbet
2 (2x1-inch) strips orange zest, thinly sliced lengthwise
  1. Mix Campari and orange juice in a small bowl. Divide sorbet among 4 small serving bowls or coffee cups. Pour 2 Tbsp. Campari mixture into each bowl. Top with orange zest.
