Ingredients
Makes 3 cups
1 cup mayonnaise (organic, if possible)
2 cups packed kale leaves
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 lemon zested and juiced
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
In a food processor, combine the chopped kale leaves, sea salt and garlic. Process until finely chopped. Add in the mayonnaise and lemon zest, lemon juice and blend until smooth.
