Pineapple-Orange Ambrosia

This recipe will perk up your taste buds during winter’s long fruit drought.

Ingredients

4 to 6 servings

One 20-ounce can unsweetened pineapple chunks, well drained
4 clementines or other small seedless oranges, peeled and sectioned
1/2 cup dried cranberries
One 8-ounce container low-fat vanilla yogurt or soy yogurt
Granola for topping, optional
  1. Step 1

    Combine the first 4 ingredients in a serving container and stir together.

    Step 2

    Serve in individual dessert bowls, topping each serving with a sprinkling of optional granola.
