Ingredients

Serves 1.

Crushed ice
1 teaspoon superfine sugar
1 teaspoon orange juice
3 ounces sherry
Slice of orange
Small pineapple stick
Mint sprig (optional)
  1. Fill a large (about 9-ounce) goblet two-thirds full with crushed ice. Add sugar, orange juice, and sherry. Decorate with fruit and a sprig of mint, if you like.
