Pour in the soda slowly, allowing it to cascade over the ice cream, then top off until the glass is full.

Ingredients

Makes 1

3 scoops coconut ice cream

Cream soda

1 ounce rum (optional)

Chocolate syrup (for serving)

Place ice cream in a chilled tall glass. Top with soda, rum, if desired, and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
