Skip the cranberry cocktail juice and go for the full-strength option for this flavorful take on thespritz. Cynar’s herbal, honey-like sweetness is all you need to offset cranberry’s natural tannic tartness. If you need to sweeten it up, add a littlesimple syrupto taste or use cranberry juice cocktail and only 2 oz. of prosecco.

Back to TopThis is very good and refreshing, but might be too tart for some. I love tart drinks, and it's right on the edge for me. Perhaps it's the cranberry juice I'm using... I will say this is my first foray into Cynar, and it's quite good and I am looking forward to using it in more recipes.
