The iconicManhattan—a stirred mix of whiskey, vermouth, and bitters— is easily one of the most riffed-upon cocktails. This variation from Audrey Saunders of Pegu Club in NYC starts with rye and vermouth, then adds Cynar amaro to appealing effect.

Back to TopGood recipe, if you follow the metric amounts. I've been making it for years. It's from the Cynar label . . .

This recipe calls for 20ml sweet vermouth, which is 2/3 oz. Thirty ml is 1 oz. so 20 ml has to be 2/3 oz. ♀️ I checked on Difford’s Website and its recipe calls for 3/4 oz. vermouth. I think we will be fine using 2/3 oz. or 3/4 oz. but definitely not the 1/4 oz.

The drink takes 3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth, not 1/4 oz.

Your math is incorrect. If 30 ml equals 1 oz, 1 quarter of that is 7.5 ml not 20 ml.
