Peel, slice, and freeze bananas in resealable plastic bags to use as a nutritious thickener for a variety of smoothies.
Ingredients
Serves 2
Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Divide smoothie between 2 glasses and serve.

Very good as is. I left out the honey the second time by accident. Couldn’t tell the difference. I also have started adding a handful of spinach or kale as neither one adds any taste. Just a way to add some green to my diet.

Yummy and easy! I used vanilla flavored Greek yogurt because it is what I had on hand and eliminated the honey. Very good

I don't know what Robert22 is talking about; the ingredients are clearly listed and the resulting smoothie was delicious (I made it with whole milk yogurt). Website/browser problems shouldn't warrant a bad recipe review - that's like giving a book a bad review because your copy got eaten by the dog.
