Spice rub keeps in a sealed container in a cool, dark place 6 months.

Back to TopOkay, so I did not read the recipe correctly. I saw cloves and assumed garlic. It was good with the garlic instead of cloves though.

The flavor was very good but the garlic turned the mixture into a paste that was difficult to spread on the pork tenderloin. I'll try garlic powder the next time.
