Ingredients

Makes 8 servings

4 serrano chiles, seeded, chopped
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons hot sauce
  1. Step 1

    Mix chiles and salt in a small bowl; let sit 10 minutes. Mix in mayonnaise and hot sauce.

    Step 2

    DO AHEAD:Serrano mayo can be made 3 days ahead. Cover and chill.
