Back to TopTasty, but the horseradish kind of drowns out the wonderful goat cheese flavor. Would be a good lower-calorie substitute on a sandwich for a mayo/sour cream-heavy horseradish sauce though.

Throwing pride right out of the window for this review....3 ingredients??? How could this recipe be so easy, addictive, and delicious??? I used "Boars Head" prepared Horseradish for this, and since the spread was such a hit, I think I will continue to use this brand. I used the whisk attachment of my portable hand mixer to fully blend the ingredients. I found that after chilling, the spread is best when it comes off the chill. Spreads easier too. Jeremy Fox.....you rock!
