The warming spices of chai flavor this fruity smoothie.
Ingredients
Makes 1 serving
Combine chia seeds and coconut water in a small bowl and stir well. Let soak for at least 15 minutes (or up to overnight). Place chia mixture and remaining ingredients, in the order listed, in blender and blend until smooth.

Back to TopIt was pretty good. I didn’t have enough peaches so I use apples also and then followed the rest of the recipe. My husband liked it but I thought it was just OK. I wish it was more creamy.

Makes a delicious meal replacement with the chia, and snack without. Great smoothie to add to the repertoire.
