Back to TopThis wasn't very good and not much more than dressed djjon, with no place to go [not on my ham, anyway]

This sauce is excellent - I made 1/4 recipe to go with some rosemary mustard marinated chicken breasts and it was delicious - I added a bit more cayenne (a sprinkle) but it was a great accompaniment - I'm sure it would also be great with ham. A nice balance of sweet and spicy!!!

Tastes a lot like regular Dijon mustard. Punched it up a bit with a half a tablespoon of horse radish for quarter of the recipe.

Cut the recipe in half. Sweet and tangy sauce to drizzle over slices of ham.

I made this sauce according to the recipe but halved it, and it was plenty to go with our 7 lb ham. It came out exactly like you might think - a little sweet, a little spicy, and a sauce (more pourable, than something you would spread). If you like dijon mustard in general, you will probably like this sauce.
