Tropical Fruit Smoothie

Here's a great breakfast or after-workout cooler that's ready in seconds and tastes as good as one you'd get at a juice bar.

Ingredients

2 servings

1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 large banana, peeled, cut into pieces
1/2 cup guava nectar
1/2 cup coconut-pineapple nectar or juice
4 ice cubes
  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Divide between 2 glasses and serve.

  • I had to redo this recipe to get it to taste like anything. The following modifications tasted much better to me: Keep the first three ingredients (yogurt, banana, guava nectar) add the following: one kiwi 1/2 cup frozen mango 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks 1/4 cup coconut milk 1/4 cup tangerine juice squeeze of lime juice optional teas. of sugar
