Ginger Spritz

This light, refreshing drink will be your new favorite to serve at brunch or picnics.

Ingredients

Makes 1

1 thin slice peeled ginger
2 oz. Lillet
3 oz. cava
Splash of ginger beer
  1. Place ginger slice against the inside of a rocks glass, fill with ice, and add Lillet and cava. Top off with ginger beer and stir gently to combine.
