Mango, Mint, and Pineapple Smoothie

This smoothie transports you to the tropics with the mango and pineapple. I usually make it in my Chicago kitchen on a rainy day when I need some bright flavors.

Ingredients

Serves 1

½ cup chopped mango
½ cup chopped pineapple
½ cup nonfat high-protein plain Greek yogurt or kefir
4 mint leaves, torn into pieces
  1. Step 1

    Place all the ingredients and 3 ice cubes in a blender and blend on high speed for about 60 seconds or until smooth.

    Step 2

    Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy.
