This Tunisian mixture elevates everything fromflatbreadsto grilled lambepi:recipelink. Make extra so you'll have some on hand all summer long.

Ingredients

Makes about 6 tablespoons

3 tablespoons coriander seeds
1 1/2 tablespoons cumin seeds
1 tablespoon caraway seeds
1/2 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
  1. Finely grind coriander seeds, cumin seeds, caraway seeds, and crushed red pepper flakes in a spice mill. DO AHEAD:Can be made 1 month ahead. Store airtight at room temperature.

  • Sprinkled on purchased flat bread brushed with olive oil and grilled.Went well with Greek inspired dinner of grilled jumbo shrimp with lemon and oregano and orzo salad with feta and dill. Use sparingly...delicious.
