Back to TopI liked the flavor of this smoothie tho I wouldn't say it tasted like carrot cake. However the raw carrots and nuts made the texture is very grainy which put my husband off.

So good! I used orange juice instead of oranges, full banana instead of half and full teaspoon of cinnamon. Delicious.

I love this smoothie. I add agave instead of honey to taste.

This is definitely reminiscent of a slice of carrot cake! I made it exactly as written except I substituted vanilla almond milk for the coconut water since I was fresh out. This is a great alternative to the berry based smoothies you may be used to!
