回到顶部我做了一些改变,因为汉堡太脆了。我把肉饼放回碗里,加了两个鸡蛋,双层咸饼干,加了切碎的洋葱,我没有在汉堡里放蛋黄酱。我用汉堡压榨机做汉堡。我在做饭前把它们放在冰箱里冷藏了一下。天啊,这些太好吃了。我在冰箱里放了一些!10叉评级选项在哪里?

Costco does have salmon patties but compared to these, well, they are horrible. Don't get me wrong, I love Costco, however, fresh is better.

Edits- I added an egg to aid in the binding and it...didn't help that much with the binding. Maybe it needed to sit longer. I really do think this would also work well with an egg or two and a drizzle of oil for binder- Salmon is already fattier than tuna, I don't know that we need 2-4 tablespoons of mayo per serving to make this taste rich and filling. Part smart budgeting is also making sure your calories are coming from the right places, and having half your meal's calories come from mayo doesn't feel great. For those asking about the nutrition, I ran the numbers: A basic hamburger bun is between 150-200kcal. Mine were 170kcal. The burger uses 4.5oz salmon, 1/8c breadcrumbs, and 1/4c mayo (part in the patty, part on the bun, if you use it all. You could use less.), plus some of the absorbed cooking oil. You've got, then: 400kcal for 4 tbsp mayo. 135kcal for 4.5oz salmon. 170kcal for the bun. 30kcal for breadcrumbs. 50kcal for the various veggies and cooking oil. That looks like about 800 to me. Big picture, don't freak out about 800. If you're working with around 2000kcal/day, then having a little over a third of that come from dinner isn't abnormal. Just make sure you have a low-cal side like frozen steamed veggies or grilled corn rather than fries. Still, not a fan of 50% calories from mayo, I'd look into cutting that down, but overall this is a cost-effective and tasty change-up from a weekly meal plan that usually otherwise has black bean burgers and sardines & crackers.
