回到顶部最后,我还是挺喜欢这个的。南瓜在煮之前释放了不少液体。南瓜块在烘烤时半浸在水里。在烹饪时间结束时,我把液体沥干,把南瓜放回烤箱里,让它变干,稍微变成棕色。当我独自品尝南瓜时,我有点失望。看起来很像蜜饯红薯。我准备了配料,准备上桌。我做了枣糖浆。我烤核桃。我拿出了芝麻酱和石榴糖浆。 i got out caramel ice cream and a tiny scoop. The date syrup did not seem like a good compliment. It was too sweet. The ice cream was ok, but didn’t add a lot. The combo of the pumpkin with tahini, pomegranate molasses and walnuts was very good. The pomegranate molasses brought much needed acid. The tahini also helps tamp down the sweet and adds nuttiness. The Walnuts were a great texture contrast. The magic is in the combination. Don’t give up if you aren’t impressed by the pumpkin on its own. As a bonus, I cooked down the liquid from the pumpkin and made a syrup. I didn’t add it to this dish but it is tasty and I will use it with toast or waffles.
