Various colors of the modelwe’ve recommendedfor years—the 5200—have gone in and out of stock and off and on sale more times than we can remember. As of late Wednesday night, Amazon has all three colors back in (very limited) stock at the regular retail price, but if you’ve been eyeing a Vitamix, you can still get the powerful 750 Pro Series blender for more than $200 off. And given the on-again, off-again thing with the 5200, if a discounted Vitamix is in your budget today, you should just go ahead and add one to your cart (and then check out immediately, of course). And if you aren’t a Vitamix person (or not an expensive blender person in general) there are plenty of other blenders on sale today, and they’re all capable of making soups, smoothies, apple sauce, and anything else you want to pureé or pulverize. The Dash is a canister-style ice cream maker, and you have to freeze the container before making ice cream. As a rule, we don’t recommend buying sets of pots and pans (or even knife sets) because we strongly believe the best cookware set is the one you build yourselffrom our recommended pieces．But if we had to recommend a pot-and-pan set, it would be of the stainless-steel variety and made by All-Clad.
