I think there’s something special about late-night snacks. Hear me out: Any snack that you eat during the day is (to me) just…another snack. Elevenses, happy hour, whatever—you can always improve your daily average gustatory experience afterthose.But your late-night snack is ostensibly the last thing you're going to eat before you go to sleep—your day's culinary closing argument. You can't pick justanything.A great late-night snack should be deeply satisfying and definitely couch-friendly. (Unless, of course, you have atrayso you can take a snack to bed.) Some of these recipes are easily made ahead, while the rest are quick and simple enough to throw together at any hour of the evening.
